Orders must be placed on www.urbateisfinejewelry.com. For assistance, please call 917-342-2441 Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm.
URBAETIS Fine Jewelry is made to order. Please note production time on each individual product page under "Availability". Custom or personalized jewelry will be confirmed by a Brand Ambassador. Once shipped, orders will take 1-7 business days to reach the shipping address.
Ground Shipping is free in the Continental U.S. for orders over $500. Orders under $500 will have a flat fee of $30 for Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. All orders require direct signatures at the billing address of purchasing credit card. Packages will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
URBAETIS Fine Jewelry ships internationally. Please Contact Us for more information on which products ship internationally. Client will be responsible for taxes and import fees.
URBAETIS accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is due before jewelry is put into production.
Returns & Exchanges
URBAETIS Fine Jewelry wants you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the delicacy of fine jewelry, all sales are final. Some pieces, at UFJ’s discretion, may be available for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee. Custom, personalized, specialty sizes, or worn jewelry is not available for return. All jewelry must be returned in branded URBAETIS packaging. If you would like to see if your piece is exchangeable, please contact us.
Please note, all jewelry is quality checked multiple times before leaving our office. If you believe there is a manufacturers defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If your piece is deemed by our jewelers as having a manufacturers defect, UFJ will replace or repair your jewelry at no cost to you.
If your piece is available for exchange, UFJ will provide an insured label for your package. The package must be dropped off at a FedEx location.
For alterations or repairs to your URBAETIS Fine Jewelry, please contact a Brand Ambassador. The client is responsible for the cost of the repair or alteration and the shipping. Jewelry with extreme wear, damage, or work from an outside jeweler will not be accepted by our repair department.
