Returns and Exchanges

URBAETIS Fine Jewelry wants you to be happy with your purchase. Our jewelry can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. Custom, personalized, specialty sizes, rose gold, or worn jewelry is not available for return. All jewelry must be returned in branded URBAETIS packaging. If you would like to see if your piece is exchangeable, please contact us.

If you believe there is a manufacturers defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If your piece is deemed by our jewelers as having a manufacturers defect, UFJ will replace or repair your jewelry at no cost to you.

UFJ will provide a label for your return package. The package must be dropped off at a UPS location.
